Pedro's enforces proper directory names and HQ scans.

It pisses me off how many torrents on PTH don't even include the label and catalog number. Some are even just named "Album [FLAC]"

PTH should raise their metadata standards.

Also PTH still doesn't reject or mark multi-disc torrents with only 1 log file uploaded. Mutt rips and imperfect FLACs can slip through the cracks easily.

Well I guess it had to happen eventually.

There's a reason why I would prefer it if people used more direct P2P services like DC++ or RetroShare, it just makes more sense when it's not one Website or peer hosting multiple files.

You host the files, people search for them, and all you have to do is keep your account Online. You don't have to bother figuring out what to seed.

Though there are more advantages to BT, I just wish that I didn't have to sacrifice my anonmitity to download shit. it's dangerous to do this shit unless you absolutely know EXACTLY what you're doing. Apparently they did, but still got caught.
