someone high up told me its basically indians up and bottom; they had their convention site bootstrapped for $200/hr and theres nothing they can do about it

You can employ a load of cross-eyed Indian Guptards with all the qualifications after then name for peanuts.
Their output is utter dogshit but mgmt never understood anything about IT anyway.
It's called a "market for lemons".
Yfw I specialise in rescue mission work fixing failing projects done by clueless pakis and charge red Adair money for it as they are desperate at that point.

>Making massive bank off of dumb companies not knowing that low pay = low code quality
Do you enjoy your job?
ITT people being salty about being replaced by pajeets. How about you fags get marketable skills. Why would they hire an entitled white prick when they can hire a pajeet who'll do the same shit job for less. Look at most CS majors or /g/entoomen. All glorified /v/ermin who don't know shit. Look at the anti Linux threads and gayming threads on /g/. Disgusting

you fucking would.
Why does /g/ board hate pajeets so much? I would outsource my web projects to them and get $$ from clients while I make it seen I'm giving them A+ quality product when its actually dog shit with a cute ribbon on it. Pajeets are good guys.

Lets hope you end up with dog shit all over you when your clients find out.

Middle Management Anon here, I have a team of DEVs with me, with a core team in Germany and 2/3rds of the Workforce Pajeets.
Our DEVs are used to a lot of shit from management, and like me a lot only for being able to do some simple Python and JS, and being able to read what C# does in VS.
We work on an invoicing application for a global player, and of course upper management wants to see more pajeets everywhere.
Thank god my superior is top-notch in what he does and actually listens - he's basically orchestrating Pajeets to run into knives by telling upper Management that Pajeets cost us their own money plus 20% of one middle management guy and 40% of one DEV due to their fuckups, low code quality and frequent misunderstanding of, let's say, "our" english.
Pajeets also create major overhead when being used as Quality Assurance, all they have to do is check pieces of UI against Acceptance Criteria, without knowing most of what those actually mean - so they consult us.
The DEVs are complaining about Hackjobs all over the place. Our Core Team is commited to clean code, no hard-coding (since we call _everything_ from some external services) and pair-programming, all of which is much harder to impossible with pajeets in the team apparently.
I might be their "designated shit filter".
