I earn well my life but I'd rather spend 600£ on other priorities.

If I had to spend 600£ on tech stuff (like I had a free coupon on newegg or stuff like this) I would spend it on a GPU.

i'd probably pick up an alps blue keyboard to harvest the switches then build a 60% to use with the tai hao dolch alps i've got lying around. that'd be around 2-300 USD there, so with the remaining money i'd probably buy like a year of time on a VPS, upgrade my seedbox, and maybe pick up another thinkpad.

So piece of technology? If it's only one piece, i'd get a maxed out X220.

If I could get many things, i'd search for an X220 on a good price with IPS (150GPB), get a good keyboard(50GPB), mousepad(15GPB), mouse(50GPB), a second monitor(50GPB second hand IPS 1920x1200) for my pc and get a new larger desk, also second hand.
