Of course I do. I waited a year for Maxwell series release before upgrading. I kept telling myself that it would only be one more month. I waited a year. I'll lose maybe $200 in the long run. I was sitting on a GTX960 I bought on craigslist for $15. It all comes out in the wash.

Bullshit. Go right now and try to download Linux drivers for any AMD card. Their catalyst drivers were last updated in 2015 and they only work with ancient X servers that are no longer in use. Their AMDGPU Pro drivers only work with a select few outdated distributions. With the non-pro free Amdgpu driver included in modern distributions you don't even get x264 video decoding. Think about it, cheap $99 phones have had hardware x265 decoding for years but AMD don't even bother to support x264. Their "drivers" are a joke.
