So /g/ exactly a year ago I disassembled my computer and left everything separately.

I'm working atm and I'll only be back home (and rebuild everything) in a couple of months.

Is it safe to assume my SSD is dead?
Same goes for my hard drive.

Keep in mind they are not dusty or exposed to any harmful conditions.

The SSD might be unreadable, but the data retention of unpowered HDDs are several years. All the parts should be fine if they have been stored in a dry place.
