Your only option without changing kernels is Gentoo.

Sure, if you have the know how and want to maintain it all by yourself you could manually install OpenRC or runit or something but since Gentoo is the only one that doesn't run systemd by default, it's also the only one where other init systems even work in the first place (except Linux from Scratch maybe but you said no memes)
