Do you have any proof that a trackball is more accurate than a mouse? If trackballs were more accurate you'd imagine a lot more people who play things like FPS games using them. This is of course anecdotal, but I certainly have to question the validity of your claim.

It's the only way to aim for high precision, wrist aiming doesn't use much surface area so you need higher sensitivity. You can aim with your wrist if you raise your sensitivity but you become less accurate and have more wrist issues.

I doubt mine does. It's cheapo Microsoft Sculpt one. It has some plastic on the bottom but it's not that slippery.

No because there's a multitude of other factors that could make trackballs inferior, but I'm not going to claim to know if that's the case. I've seen very good trackball play.
