It's not extremely hard and not worth it anymore. Modern CDs come equipped with gps trackers that trip if you try to copy music to your PC from the CD which will result in an FBI raid. Trying to remove the hard to spot trackers will also result in an FBI raid.

Just buy your shitty music on spotify or something, you can't be THAT poor.

Then you'll need to split the dump into separate songs and make a .cue file.

Or you could use a GUI ripping program that does everything for you. E.g. Asunder CD Ripper
