my Z3C has actually died from water damage.

is there any way to somehow access the files from the phones internal memory in terms of dismantling the phone and whatnot?

Is there a way? Technically yes. Is it worth attempting? Unless you've got a video of Scarlett Johansson sucking your dick in there, probably not. If you're not the type of person who can socialize with her enough to get a beej in the first place, you probably can't afford it anyways.
