If you want to spoof that, get NoScript (you don't have to set it to disable javascript by default if you don't want, OS is under the privacy settings)

More importantly, it looks like you're the only person to check their fingerprint with your exact combination of plugins (plugins, not extensions), so you can be tracked without any of that shit.
>>
why are sites able to read so much data about your browser?
the best part is if you disable any of the shit that they use to read your specs then shit will flat out just not work

I always spoof my UAS. And I block JS by default... but to run those tests, I had to enable JS.

I'm still wondering how the fuck it knows I'm on linux....
>>
>>58007495
So I just checked and I guess I was wrong. I have user agent spoofing turned off in NoScript then I have a seperate extension called User-Agent switcher for chrome with the string

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

which is apparently the most common one on the internet, and it spoofs navigator.platform and navigator.vendor too
>>
>>58006462

It never loaded. That's the result you get when you're not a retard.
>>
Using Pale Moon but it think I use firefox.
>>
Use noscript and page doesn't even load.

How's that for being tracked?
>>
>>58007608
>>58007543
Well, the problem is the site might still see it and you just won't know. Furthermore, if you enable scripts on a site you trust you're giving up this information to them - which is why this test and figuring out how to fix it is so important,
>>
>>58007608
>0.1% of observed browsers block every script, as yours.
There is no escape, anon. Trying to avoid being tracked by using NoScript/Tor will only make you stand out even more. Anonymity is dead, privacy is dead.

Unless all of this is randomized constantly you can still be tracked by it.
>>
>>58007533
Leaking the exact version of your browser in the user agent should be considered a bug.
>>
>>58008120
It's randomized every time the browser launches because randomizing it more often can look suspicious. I also have a separate Firefox profile with (mostly) unmodified about:config and only uBlock Origin installed that I use for personal things (bank, mail etc.).

This site won't run with it disabled.

>>58008246
>CanvasBlocker
Set RNG to persistent (it changes when you restart browser instead of on every API request which can look suspicious)

>Decentraleyes
Prevents some CDN botnet

>Google search link fix
Debotnetifies link when you search on Google, I try to use Startpage most of them time though

>HTTPS Everywhere
Kinda bloated but helps you use HTTPS over HTTP

>No Enumerable Extensions
Hides your installed addons

>No Resource URI Leak
Prevents web content to access resource:// URI

>Pure URL
Removes things like utm from links (used during ad campaigns to track where the user comes from without relying on referer)

>Random User Agent
Spoofing browser profile (bit more than just the user agent), can also spoof screen size, etags and http authorization. I recommend random profile (desktop) because just your screen size is enough to tell you're not on mobile and using mobile profile will in many case load the mobile version of websites. Set change periodically to no, this will select a random profile every time you start the browser.

>Smart Referer
Will only send referer within the same domain, so if you go to facebook.com next it won't know you just came from 4chan.org. You can disable referer completely but it might break things.

>uMatrix
Blocking ads and trackers (if trackers are blocked they can't get any information, 99% of websites rely on a third-party for tracking javascript)

>uBlock Origin
To complement uMatrix, it's capable of more fine-grained blocking

If you want you can also create several profiles with different about:config setups (e.g. in one you might have webgl enabled but not in another) for different purposes (VPN, private, general browsing)

everytime you post on 4chan you're filling out a captcha that tracks you around the web, deal with it.

The fingerprints on your hands don't change with time.

The """"fingerprints"""" from your browser change if you update any component or add/remove components.
>>
>>58007218
Set your user agent to >>58007533
Since it's one of the most common.

If you use a canvas rng spoofer it also says .1%, but it's going to be random every callback so it's ignorable.

OP here.

All Chrome users who browsed to my site from /g/ will soon be getting a letter from their ISP.

Chrome users are neo-/g/ fucktards who trust Google, and must be removed from the internet.

Have a pleasant day!
>>
>>58012540
surely everyone here is blocking/forging their referrers, right?
not many sites actually need them to work
>>
>>58012494

>>
>I'm unique
>That means I can be tracked
False assumption. Right now I use Chrome and a Mac according to them. Next time I'll be running something else. Thus I can't be tracked via that method.
>>
>>58011635
Do you realize that having an unique signature (UserAgent) will make you more trackable than having an browser that ever pajeet uses?
>>
>>58012472
This, if your fingerprint doesn't change and isn't identical to a large number of other browsers, your sessions will be easily associated.
