There are lots of times when i cant lift properly, and you cant ask for a forklift all the time in the field, or in the middle of hurricane type rain. The oil field doesnt stop because half the men came to work that day, or our machines quit working. Its dangerous work, more dangerous than being a cop, hence why im trying to get out.

Ok thanks, there are courses online offered by my CC i will look into that dont give you the CCNA certs but give you a voucher to take the test to become certified. I will start my research there after some online shit.

You won't need both a CCNA and programming knowledge; they are different aspects of completely different jobs. Try to teach yourself computer programming for free; there are plenty of places online which teach it (Coursera, Codeacademy, even MIT has an Introduction to Computer Science course you can do for free in your own time). If you decide programming is too boring, difficult and shitty, then you can learn to be a computer repairman. That's what I did, and I got a CompTIA A+. It's not great, but it proves you are serious, and the seriousness will get you an entry-level job. From there, you can specialise more. A CCNA is great if you want to spend all day plugging shit into other shit, but it's useless for all other aspects of IT, so make sure that's what you want to do before you put your eggs into that basket.
