Stallman says he does use a gui for some programs.

It would like to think I could have such a simple device as my only computer. I mean, here I am with a giant screen and a massive case, 7 button mouse, mechanical keyboard, and I feel like a total tool since I essentially do nothing with it that I couldn't do on a small old laptop. It is a simple way to do it, but sadly I'm too deep in to the memes to give up now.

Personally, I find it faster and more convenient to type things into the command line. I hate having to drag a mouse around and navigate through menus. Even worse if you're on a laptop (Assuming it doesn't have a clit mouse).

sometimes you can do shit you learned doing first in CLI than in GUI.

also there are cases when the CLI program is more verbose than the GUI equivalent and you need the extra info.

Yes. It is easier to quickly google how to do something very specific that you know a cli program can do, then to go looking for some shitty, perhaps non-existent program to do that very specific job you had in mind.

I was considering going somewhat Stallman-mode. I don't really need more than that, I think. I would use a graphical display though.
