OPENBOX OR XFCE???
OPENBOX??? OR XFCE????????!!
>>57949085
..errr...
The correct answer is i3, why do you ask?
Openbox is fine for a single board computer, but if you're on a real computer use an actual DE.

Can recommend Openbox. Best minimalistic stacking window manager.
XFCE for work and i3 for aesthetics
Openbox is a window manager
XFCE is a desktop environment
apples and oranges bro

I can never find a good background that's smooth enough desu
should I copy this guy?
>>57949085
Xfce is bloated, use openbox or lxde (ldxe is just openbox with pcmanfm and lxpanel) or i3 + pcmanfm.

i post some smooth ones

Use i3 , I use i3 because it takes up all possible space on the screen and if you want you can make it look pretty, though its still very usable if you use it out of the box. It takes up all the space you want for work or a browser and its easy to split the screen and have more windows. Not to mention multiple workspaces with all of this.

LXQt uses Openbox by default. Give that a try?
