Wenger Carbon Backpack.
I carry my W530, power supply plus books and I feel pretty much nothing on my back.
Basically the thinkpad of backpacks.
HHKB carrying case fits nicely in the big compartment of the Patagonia arbor which comes with a laptop pouch. Can even add a few books, bike lock, etc.

Laptop fits in the bladder pouch of my daybag. Rest of my tech is organised in their own seperate bags and thrown in the big compartment of the bag. Works pretty well and gives me surprisingly good posture
With this, inside is a Dell Inspiron 17.
Samsonite. Always.
Company pays.
I don't go outside...

That's hipster? One in four women in london have that bag, it's as popular as underwear by this point.
I carry a condor briefcase to work. Its a beast. Has room for laptop, keyboard, number pad, notepad, books, lunch, nalgene bottle, chargers and whatever else I can cram in it.
