My website takes 300ms to load from Sweden but like 8 seconds to load from Australia so I want to use cloudflare

However, my Hoster (one.com) doesn't allow the change of name servers so I am looking for another space to host my website at.

Any recommendations for something that allows me to change name servers? I don't need much but 50mb webspace and PHP
