reduced the number of threads utilized. don't expect good temperature management on a laptop either, especially with literally the most intensive commonly used process.

last, the output bitrate is way too high. blu-ray discs (1080p) don't even use bitrates that high, like, what the fuck dude. it should reduced by at least 1/4
