Anyone that is getting away from Google that used yandex, I'd really like some help. I love the idea of using this Russian service completely but so much of it is in Russian even after changing the language and regional settings in the yandex search app. Anyone have a workaround for this? Thanks
Use searx and never use anything else

Their system is so ass-backwards and exclusively geared towards russian users, there's basically no way to have fully localized experience for other countries and languages.
Some of their services are very useable in english, but when I try to search something in english, it shows me russian interface no matter what I do. Is this what you experience?

The workaround is to learn Russian. I started using Yandex after Google started in with the child themes and politics. As a result, I know another language. Now go ahead and do that.

That's exactly the experience I'm having. It looks like it could be a great system and way to completely disconnect from Google but they are just not geared towards an English speaking user

I only use their DNS.

Yes, I use it for images. Also Yandex.DNS
