I need help figuring out what these are and what cables go into them, I know the middle one is HDMI as that's the one my monitor goes into and I was wondering if I could have 2 monitors so please help.

Look at a diagram of a motherboard and what types of plugs it has+the names, should be easy to find on the internet.

Yes, you can have 2 monitors.

No you really should use DP or DVI

HDMI is only good for TVs where you want the signal to carry audio.
