Anon needs help with his computer
My PC is a windows 10 AMD 6350 with RX 480 4GB. It runs games like GTA Online and Skyrim as smooth as a freshly shaven ballsack but crashes while watching youtube/trying to study/opening small fucking files. I've updated all drivers, deleted and reinstalled drivers, gotten new equipment and nothing's solved my problem.
I read online that it's probably Windows 10 power saving bolloxology that's reducing power to my card which in turn crashes the computer, and I can only turn it off in BIOS. Here's where the problem starts: Anon can't fucking access BIOS. EasyUefi tells me my system doesn't support UEFI, doing the advanced restart doesn't show UEFI, and pressing F2 during boot is about as useful as getting a /pol/ack to be your wingman on a night out.
Help me dear lord.
TL;DR: W10, No UEFI, can't into BIOS, need help turning off power savings in BIOS.
two words
so when you start the computer it does not say anything like "press del to access bios" or something like that?

Press DEL during boot.

Did Anon try and clear his CMOS battery? (or hit the reset button on his motherboard?)

Try other F keys. Other keys are commonly used to access BIOS/UEFI.
