Just let me preface by saying I am a complete retard and that attempting to help me is a bit of an undertaking.
I got some virus on my computer, and it's fucking up my internet. I believe that some small files hidden deep in the users folder are messed up. I'm fairly sure this is the problem, but I've tried everything recommended and nothings working, so this is my last resort. My computer says that I am connected to the internet, but nothing will load (pic). The internet itself is not what's corrupted, since my phone works fine (which is how I'm typing this). I've tried the "winsock" cmd commands and the "netsh ip" commands I've found on help boards, and these bring my Internet back, but only for a few seconds after restarting, then I lose connection again. Btw I have windows 10.
My retardation level is less than "delete sys32" but above "don't download random porn games online"
Basically, I would like a magic fix to my problems, but seeing as that is unlikely, is a full restart of my pc the way to go?

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as a virus,
is in fact, Malware, or as I've recently taken to calling it, a Trojan plus Backdoor.
A Trojan is not a self replicating file infector, but rather another component
of a fully infected system made useful by backdoors, keyloggers
and system restrictions comprising a full infected OS as defined by ClamWin.
Many computer users run a malware on their system every day,
without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the kind of malware
which is widely spread today is often called "virus", and many of the users are
not aware that they are basically trojans with backdoor capabilities, developed by Russians.
There really are viruses, and some people are infected by them, but it is not as common as it was in the past. A virus is a file infector: a program
that spreads itself by writing to the other programs that you run.
A virus can be harder to remove than other malware, as one infected file can easily reinfect your complete operating system. Trojans are
normally used in combination with Backdoors: the whole system
is basically Trojans with Backdoor capabilities added, or Malware. All the so-called "virus"
infections are really malware infections.
