Pick one.
Of course there are better programmers than me that are female but the average woman can't understand basic math or logic.

I met some smarter than most males in my computer science class.
The only one I've been around much at has 5 o clock shadow and the kind of foul BO that inly a cystic gland disorder can cause.

find a competent one is harder than finding a unicorn.
fwiw, I sit on a hiring committee for our company and I would never hire a woman if there's a man with the same resume. they're just too much trouble.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
We need to stop pushing women towards CS. The valuable ones that are talented, interested and have a mind of their own will enter the field on their own. Those are few, but that's ok! There's also few men in kindergardening.
All the current programs do is attract shit girls (or women mentally stuck in their teens) to CS like flies. Notice how these programs always are directed at girls and are full of pink glitter and only deal with the design-y parts of CS, like frontend webdev cancer or UX? And most of these girls aren't actually female.

The same feeling as being around any programmer: disgust.
