This already exists. More than likely, in the future entire platforms for hiring hitmen will exist, like how the silk road stifled all competition and became the primary source for buying illegal drugs online.

I knew that it already exists, I'm just like, how could it evolve? Like a new currency or way to obtain a hitman.
