What is the difference here besides the clock speeds?

Is the GS factory overclocked to the maximum?

GS is 120 dollars off currently on this website, but I'm cautious to buy it over the GLH, because there must be a reason why and I cant find much information about the difference between the two cards.

Factory overclocked (only slightly higher though) and claims of having been extensively tested for the GLH. Price difference would only be 32€ for me so they're probably effectively the same card.

GLH cards are actually binned according to Gibbo over at OcUK, which makes them worth the extra. GS and below are a lottery for overclocking beyond factory, as with most cards.
