PC did something weird today. I booted it up, fans spin and leds came on, then turned off for about 3 seconds, then it booted normally. Fairly new computer, never had issues with it before, excellent psu and mobo etc (gigabyte mobo, evga gold psu). Any idea what caused this?

Only thing I've done different is I've been turning it off at night as opposed to leaving I on. ( another issue is the front case fans squeak upon booting but they're on the cheap side and its cold in my room, I assume its the grease getting cold? Only does it when its cold)
