I love not having big brother peeking over my shoulder, but some of these issues are really turning me off.

All you really need is uBlock Origin, uMatrix, and 4chan X anyway. The recent SSL issues are a bitch though, currently using Firefox because of it.

If you mean 64 bit Windows, you have no sympathy from me.

OP said ungoogled chromium.

Is Iridium any good?
>>57825894
used it for a month or two. pretty solid alternative, much more privacy oriented. though i seem to recall it leaking memory like a shitty faucet, it could be another chromium fork i'm thinking of.

You are literally mentally retarded. Kill yourself.

I've been using Iridium for years and I'm personally a big fan of it. Definitely a more no-nonsense approach to Chromium, but I won't deny that certain features don't work as smoothly.
As someone who is basically paranoid, I'm also obliged to tell you that Iridium did automatically phone-home for development purposes, but that was supposedly stopped. Meanwhile, Chromium is guaranteed botnet phoning home for sure.

out of curiosity, does it have chrome extension support? ublock origin, etc?
>>57826285
Absolutely. I always have uBlock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere as a minimum on my browsers.
Hell, I even have the same theme from when I migrated from Chrome to Chromium to Iridium several years ago.

awesome. xmarks is a must for any browser change to me. appreciate it anon
>>57826321
No problem, it's hard finding a good browser on a personal level these days.
If Xmarks doesn't work somehow, you can still always manually import/export bookmarks as HTML from the bookmark manager.
