Lenovo gives no shits. The ideapad 30/310 is their low end media consumption laptop. I have one of the previous ones, but with an intel processor and its the shittiest laptop i have ever used.

You can get like $500-600 laptops with a 1080p IPS display, an i5 and a 940M
