Seriously, did not google? Looks like a propriety extension by SealedMedia (now owned by Oracle) so you'll need their viewer which is called Unsealer. This took me 2 mins tops so enough handholding and try harder yourself next time.

I've tried Unsealer and the last update was from 2008(?) I believe and can't seem to get it to work on win10. The Solvusoft program is paid and I can't find and cracks.

Soz anon I got as far as you did it seems. The only thing is to try Unsealer on an older version of Windows if you or someone is still running W7.
