what does "work" mean in this context?

Regardless of whether they improve your health, I'm interested if they do produce accurate data of my sleep patterns.
Yes. I've been using one for the last 2 years.
The sleep cycles are real. Every single time my phone wakes me I feel completely rejuvenated.
The few tests something else has woken me up a few minutes earlier, like a family member that wakes me during deep sleep, I wake up completely dysfunctional, brain is a mess and I can't focus for the next 10 to 15th minutes.
Placebo is one thing, but I actually notice the effects very well.

Buy a miband 1S or similar cheap tracker to track your sleep, those are more accurate
