I've tried reverse image searching the little guy in the bottom to no avail.

Someone I don't want to know my location got it somehow.

That's a Google Maps embedded view. They got your location from an app or website, so disable location tracking globally on your phone and computer.

I also recommend signing out of social media and changing your passwords, and checking which third party apps have access to your social media accounts
