Botnet

It's basically the same as installing Solus on your computer: Linux with added botnet.

My laptop came with Ubuntu pre-installed. I updated it and it stopped showing any GUI (I mean, I could log into working text mode but that was all) it was showing just black screen and nothing I tried worked.

So I installed Windows and it worked fine.

depends on the seller, in my country yes, they usually come with freedos though.

Got an inspirion 15 purely because it was 100 yoyos less than the windows version, unboxed it booted it went to upgrade it and it failed badly, formatted to ubuntu gnome has worked fine ever since stayed with ubuntu because the bios was having issues with everytbing else

we don't like to talk about it.. But according to some EU law pcs have to be sold with an OS so if someone doesn't want to buy windows they either put linux or freedos on them.
