I wouldn't use it, I'd accidentally push the side buttons with my thumb. Pic on the left is my home mouse, right is 2 of my work mice. They're both very comfy, except my work mice use one button to adjust DPI instead of the double-sided button that my home mouse has. I don't need the button for work though, but it's annoying on those rare occasions when someone presses it and are too fucking stupid to set it back to the default DPI.

Middle click doesn't work anymore and it sometimes double clicks.
All logitech mice I ever owned had at least a malfunction related to the scroll wheel.
