BF4 is one of the most optimized PC ports of this last generation and those 1060 laptops you mentioned are $1400-$1500 even from shit tier laptop brands like ASUS. Nicer ones that are more portable are in the $2000 range. Soooooo basically kys.

Anything with an i7 or i5 and 960m or better. I've got a ROG laptop with an i7 4700HQ and 860m, and it still plays vidya fine. I dunno how BF4 would run on it, but Overwatch is fine.
