The freeleech accomplished a few things... It allowed us to download some FLAC files so they don't only have 1 seeder. Some of my uploads had 1 seeder (me) before, now they have 5+

It "kick started" the economy. We can, reasonably, download people's first uploads, create requests with reasonable bounties, etc.

But I used to keep it a secret that I got in everywhere because of BigBoyz, since reddit is a bad word around here. But you pointed out to me how pathetic whatcucks are so now I don't feel bad.

I think part of the problem is that the quality of content has gone down, or is repetitive, and at a certain point in your life you've seen most the old stuff that is great.

I'm actually the opposite of a redditor, but I'm not going to oppose having a reddit account because there's value in having one. It's opportunism, nothing more. I'm glad I didn't have to become a whatcuck and I already took advantage of the PTH freeleech.
