Google/facebook, most people gives their numbers to the messenger so you can easly find them by simply writing it to the search bar

Get on the do not call lists and if you still get telemarketers, get their info and report them.
They'll either hang up and list you as hazardous to whatever scam they're running, or you'll get to levy a hefty fine against their organization.

Plus the fines are usually less than whatever their scam is making them.
