I dunno OP, I'd rate Tumbleweed over meme hat. Everything just works and you don't have to fuck around with RPMFusion.

Before you say you don't *have* to, you really, really do.

But I suppose another way of looking at it is that meme hat is the best GNOME distro and openPEPE is the best KDE distro.

I'd use Solus if the installer didn't fuck itself when trying to dualboot with windows 10. Just fails on goofiboot install each time. Yes I've tried the tips in the forums.
