I think you can edit that with "resource hacker".
First edit the .msstyles file:
By expanding IMAGE folder, edit these resources:
882 to 887
889 to 894
I am not certain it would work, I viewed the file under a W8.1 machine and identified these as slider images.

It may be 520,531,709,710,722,726,730,734 750,804-807,860,864,882,899,906,937-939,979 ,986,1023 or 1043.
If they are in blue then edit them.
