I've only ever used seedstuff.ca, they have great customer service.

During the birthday/Halloween freeleech of 2014 I got 2 tb upload with them.

I used them again later during one of the last sitewide freeleeches, didn't manage to get as much upload that time though. I crapped all over the rtorrent client by adding a bunch of shit and they upped my ram so I could actually use it.
