Firefox on PC
IceCatMobile on Android but I'm going to delete it. Is there any other browser that doesn't depend on Android WebKit?

Opera for the free built-in VPN (Private Browsing only) and Turbo which can bypass ISP restrictions of my country most of the time.
VPN is more better for the bypass than Turbo for obvious reasons.
Turbo sometimes works for bypass as my ISP's software or other service doesn't read the packets reliably and sometimes I can access a website that should be blocked and usually only accessible with a VPN.
Built-in adblocker also works well too (adblocker might be better or might be the same as the one build into Opera, would need to check this to verify).
Big plus for me is the main features I normally have to get add-ons for are built in already.
It is Chromium based too so I can get other Chrome plug-ins I want (not tried this as my preferred add-ons are built in already).
