XDA forums, navigate to s7 sub forum, just search for the "Renovate" ROM. It's pretty good, options to remove all apps, including gapps and Google play services.
Idk how you'll install TWRP without Odin on windows though, I'm sure there's an official odin for Linux on their site.

bought an s6 edge for just over 250 quid a couple weeks ago. near new condition and is only slightly worse than an s7. it's a better deal than paying 600 quid for an s7 anyway.
