The answer is yes. The major issue is the power supplies in these are pretty much part of the case.
If you get a card like a 1050ti you can likely keep your current PSU and just drop it in.
If I change the case then will I be able to change the power supply? Or are all the parts integrated. Sorry I'm just getting into PC building and there is quite a lot to learn

Changing the case opens up a lot for you if you do that.
Honestly like I said earlier just stick a 1050ti in there like it is and it should run fine. If that doesn't do it for you then you can decide whether you want to transplant your system to another case and get a new PSU etc.

Yes, you can upgrade the GPU and the PSU.
The power supply unit in this PC is an ATX standard PSU. The connector on the motherboard is also an ATX standard connector. You will want to look for a PSU that will fit inside your case.
The CPU in this computer is quite capable, and you would see benefits all the way up to the GTX 1080 if you wanted to spend that much money.
