You sure? It says 120 HZ but apparently this is 120 HZ "TruMotion" which is basically 60 hz in disguise with some special modifier.

neither of them is chroma 4:4:4 (they're 4:2:2). stay away.

if you're gonna use the tv to watch movies/tv shows, make sure the panel is a VA panel.
the panel in the LG is most likely IPS, which has a lower contrast ratio = dark scenes look greyish.

LG is IPS
Vizio is VA
Although apparently the Vizio has a dynamic contrast ratio and the LG is native (lot better).

the lg has dynamic contrast ratio as well. all tvs do.
the thing is the measurements of the native or real contrast in VA panels are better than the ones from IPS panels.
have you been able to find any reviews online googling the model number of each tv?

how do u know? it says native in the spec sheet

LG is better.
The Vizio doesn't do reds as well as the LG will, but any LG with a webOS is kinda sluggish. IMHO they both look good. but I would get the LG.
