Its not hard to make, its hard to get people to use it. Everyone has facebook at this point so just use that. Alternatively try slack or something.

If you are loaded just go to upwork and hire some indian to do it for 300-500 bucks

Making your own app with the features you listed isnt necessarily hard but if you havent as so much programmed a Hello World in your entire life, it's gonna take ages nevertheless

I have used google, but the only things that come up are appmakers and stuff like Teamapp.
I don't know any pakis or indians since they do not study Law, only Medicine or something Computer Sciences related and they have the unfortunate habit of sticking to themselves.
I wanted to ask /g/, because this board has helped me to learn a lot about computers in general.
I was just checking if someone is more experienced in creating an app or has any experience with those appmakers.
