This takes me back to my small town, had two sirens that were nice. They went off you expected Tornado or Ruskies nukes. Remember some old folks not seeing a cloud in the sky so they called nukes and went nuts, turned out to be another tornado that missed the town, again.

I also had the nicest fire alarm in my apartment complex. It said "BEEP BEEP BEEP Your attention please, this is the fire alarm system. BEEP BEEP BEEP Please exit the building in a calm and orderly fashion as it is on fire. Thank you for your cooperation. BEEP BEEP BEEP." Thing was that system was buggy and would go off all the time to the point people ignored it. An dit had the nicest hint of a britash accent, which was very funny for a rural amarican town, honestly wondered how such a thing ever exsited. Well they replaced it with a better system the just beeped, but didn't go off every few days. Still I like the polite lightly robo britsh accent telling my plotiely that my building was buring down, it was amussing in some strange way.
