shit i must have misread that. it's gonna be difficult for you to get much cheaper since you already have that motherboard, they apparently have been selling for 0.99 on ebay so selling it is out the window...
you will need a gpu unless you are doing a headless installation...

for 200 euro if you're really careful you can probably get a socket 1155 motherboard and cpu on ebay though... you really don't need that power just for torrents though, only if you were using this as a workstation.
