That is such a pain in the ass. It is not very effective, doing a quick hex edit on the other hand is painless and smooth. It also can be done on the command line instead of doing physical work like some caveman

Way to out yourself kid. You sound like some fucking toddler who is probably using his very first computer that he got for his birthday last month. It's pretty obvious you weren't even around when computers were first invented and have never done punch card programming or CPU wiring. Yes it is more difficult but in the end you get so much more control and it's much more fun to use electrical impulses to change the bits on your hard drive directly as opposed using a fucking boring baby hex editor to manipulate your image files.

But YOU CAN use inkscape for photo editing you mong. Inkscape supports rasterized images as well as vectors.

Thinks like cropping, resizing, changing perspective are all possible in inkscape.

Yeah, I would agree with that.
Some of his episodes were good, but the older ones were generally a bit darker and less fucking trying to do "neat cool tricks" with the story.
Still a fun show, but older were definitely better.

I did like when the recent series went back to the Timelords and reintroduced them in to the storyline.
The way they handled that with that weird castle prison that brought him back, that was great.
The instant he broke out the weird crystal wall and showed that wasteland, I knew instantly he was back home. So hyped.
