and 60°C for a crunching cpu is perfectly ok, you should apply toothpaste on your brush before your sleep and leave your cpu

Well, depends on the paste. If you bouht bullshit, this could be the case, but in general its fine for 3-4 years at least.

Which CPU? In General, the temps are fine. The RPM of the fan isn't at 4k, thats a known "bug", because most mainboards use different codes for fan speed, so rpm numbers are usually shit.
Fan at 4k would be fcking loud so you would probably want to throw it out of your window.

If the temps don't drop, check if the rpm from the cpu fan is going down. The numbers are wrong, but you can see if they go down when you don't run a benchmark. If they do, thats just fine. If not, write again.

By the way, which CPU cooler do you use? If its the small boxed one, temps are actually great.

Oh, and temp3 is probably the chipset.

Should be fine, as long as you dont touch it. The moment you open the thermal connnection you need to apply new paste. But the crumbles will do their job when left alone.
I have 7 year old thermal paste on my cpu, no problems what so ever.

The fan is somewhat loud. I'm sitting 3m away and I can hear it no problem.
As you can see in a post with another pic, the RPM did go down, but only by ~800RPM which isn't that much.
Also, I'm somewhat sure the RPMs are somewhat accurate because I remember having applied the thermopaste badly like 2 years ago and GPU's RPM would be 4k+ and it was loud as fuck.
