out of the 2, 1050 ti draws (mostly) enough to just use the PCI-e slot for power. some aftermarket cards do need a 6-pin to run, however.
960 is a little bit more powerful, and often found for higher price since it's a step-up in it's family of GPU's compared to the x50 ti is
