So I lost my Sansa Clip + with Rockbox installed. I was pretty happy with it. I am looking to get something that can hold a higher capacity. IIRC the largest SD card it takes is 32gb.

Any recommendations?

Seems like you can use larger than 32GB cards with it.

I had a 128gb one for my rockboxed clip+ before selling it, the microSD card should be formatted as FAT32 though.

Whoa didn't know that.

Was looking at the loss as an opportunity to upgrade. Now I'm gonna tear up my room again in hopes of finding it.

I hope you'll find it, OP.

Any jz4760b device once they get proper support.
Some Sony e series are already supported.

thank you
will research further

For me the sansa clip was great because it was:
small with clip
physical buttons
sd card of large size

FUCK YOU YOU FUCKING FUCK MY CLIP DIED A TRAGIC DEATH AND THERE'S NO BRINGING IT DOWN

That said, WHAT is the best CPP replacement out there? In terms of size, sound quality, and functionality? I keep seeing Ruizu mentioned, but that looks too chinky for me.
