So is Vivaldi finally good?
>>57573835
>vivaldi
>good
one kek man

Currently, best browser.
I just installed it to see... I want it to be good. It's by far the most beautiful and customisable
Maybe, if it finally has tab tearing, if not then no
It's alright, but I wouldn't call it good.
>>57573835
slower than Firefox and looks bad
>>57573926
>tab tearing
One of the biggest reasons im not using it anymore.
Dude, I've tried to shill it again and again, but the people here are so dumb they don't even take the bait. They don't even behave like same people...

What is tab tearing?
>>57574416
Being able to drag tabs off and make them their own windows.
>>57574398
Move tab to > new window
>>57574449
That's not the same. It simply opens a new tab with that URL. It doesn't take your current tab in its current state and move it.
>>57573835
No, install Opera.
>>57573835
I liked the concept of it and used it for a bit, but it was too buggy. (maybe it's changed. I used it about a year ago)
>>57574430
Can't Chrome do this?
install brave
>>57574771
yes
>>57574637
It hasn't changed. Essentially nothing about it has changed in the last year.
>>57574449
>>57574465
It's also just convenient to be able to simply drag out a tab if you so choose
I actually like Vivaldi
make Vivaldi great again
Why Vivaldi? Why not Chopin or Wagner or even fucking Verdi.
>Does shit become good by itself?
>>57573835
All Chromium-based browsers behave the same. Opera, Chrome, Vivaldi and all variations are fundamentally the same application. The only difference is in the interface and the amount of botnet.
Vivaldi is perfectly usable. If you like its UI and all the bollocks, go nuts.
>>57574840
So why can't Vivaldi do this?
>install Vivaldi
>tfw chromium-based, so I can install uO
>tfw tabstacking
>no more 10+ tabs open when I'm on multiple threads
>OPEN
>SOURCE
feels so fucking good man
ungoogled chromium is the only valid choice senpai
>>57573926
this
>>57575193
Because Vivaldi merely uses Chrome's engine. The UI is all custom.
>>57573835
yes
>>57575730
It's not open source
>>57575952
Oh? What's this then?
https://vivaldi.com/source/
>>57575965
Their modified Chromium base is open source. The GUI is not.
