Looking for a way to get audiobooks free. So far I've found the torrent community woefully lacking in this area and there's no way I'm giving that much money for an mp3 file.
Additionally, don't even mention Libravox, their terrible, official releases only.

My local library is a piece of shit.
I'm in a weird locality on a county line so I live less than 20 minutes from my college in a reasonably large city but can't use the library without paying a fee. The library I can use is tiny and almost 40 minutes away.

Is it hooked up to the electronic library? I got the access to an American one through a friend (bongoland here), and that library has loads of ebooks and audio books, all accessible online.
If you want to pirate, piratebay tends to have a few of the more popular one's.
